Your browser sends the TXT, CSV or pasted text you choose to submit to Mingora. The server parses timestamps, senders and observable statistics during this request only. Raw messages are not written to the database, logs, URLs, events or payment metadata.
Raw messages are not saved
The free Snapshot returns structured statistics, evidence and a timeline only. Raw messages are not written to localStorage or added to account reports by default. If saved reports are introduced later, they will contain structured results only.
AI analysis is opt-in
Only after you separately check AI consent, sign in and have Mingora Plus will raw messages be temporarily sent from the server to DeepSeek for topic, emotional-expression and interaction-pattern classification. The DeepSeek result cannot change code-calculated message counts, timing, ratios or trends, and raw text is not written to storage, logs, URLs, events or payment metadata.
You stay in control
You can choose not to submit a conversation, leave AI consent unchecked or close the page before analysis. If AI fails, Mingora keeps only the deterministic snapshot and never fabricates an AI result; no analysis determines love, cheating, personality diagnosis or a certain future.
