Privacy, plainly.
This notice explains what Mingora collects, why it is used, who it may be shared with, and how you can access, correct or delete your information. It applies to the current Mingora website, current-device mode and optional email account features.
1. What we collect
The birth date, birth time, birth place, gender, occupation, goals, personality type, dream, relationship information and email you submit may be used to create, save and retrieve a report. We may also record necessary technical information and product events such as page views, flow starts/completions and report creation.
2. How we use and share it
Information is used to create personalized content, save reports, answer support requests, improve the product and maintain security. When AI is enabled, the analysis information you provide and necessary rule results may be sent to an AI service to generate text; your email and report access token are not sent to the AI service. When configured, de-identified product events may be sent to Google Analytics 4 and may also be stored in Supabase; Microsoft Clarity may collect usage information such as clicks, scrolling, time on page and session recordings to help us improve the experience. Clarity masks input fields, numbers and email addresses by default, and we do not send report text, email addresses or access tokens through custom events. We do not sell personal information.
3. Storage and retention
When you are not signed in, reports, follow-up notes and Daily demonstrations are primarily stored in browser storage on your current device; clearing site data removes those local records. After Google or email sign-in and cloud storage are configured, new reports are associated with your account and can be viewed on other devices. Relevant records are kept only as long as needed to deliver the report, provide support, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes, then deleted or de-identified.
4. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access the personal information we hold, correct inaccurate information, delete relevant records, or withdraw from product updates. Send the request from the email used to submit your information and describe what you want handled. We may verify your identity to protect privacy. We will act within a reasonable time, except where the law requires retention.
